• Our in-house call centre receives incoming calls on behalf of well-known companies with familiar brand names. We handle their client response calls and deal with any complaints. We also undertake business-to-business telemarketing. Currently, major brands make use of our call centre for data cleansing, appointment making and outright sales.
• The supply, cleansing and management of data are a matter of trust and require the highest integrity. Many major brand names entrust their confidential databases to Parade because we take our obligations under Data Protection legislation very seriously indeed.
